Here at SitePro, we have some pretty amazing employees, and that's why we like to feature them in our Employee Spotlight series. This series aims to highlight colleagues of ours who have gone above and beyond for our company and customers. Without further ado, introducing our newest Employee Spotlight, Tobin Ellison!
Tobin joined the team nearly two years ago and has become a "jack of all trades" here at SitePro. While his official title is Customer Success Advocate, he plays important roles in sales and account management too.
"That entails solving problems so our customers can achieve success whether on the sales front with new equipment or new solutions to their problems or dealing with solutions to existing problems," Tobin said.
Marketing Manager Kembra Howell said she's been to several shows and site visits with Tobin and has been really impressed with how much time and effort he dedicates to helping SitePro customers.
"Tobin has really stepped up and gone way above and beyond," she said. "And that just look so good for SitePro and it really speaks to how dedicated Tobin is to his customers and to making us look as good as possible."
"If you're paying attention and asking the right questions with our customers then you'll get a lot of really productive feedback on how we can better serve them and better solve problems," Tobin said.
