Employee Spotlight: Andrew Grisham

SitePro has some pretty amazing employees, and that's why we've decided to feature some of them our series, Employee Spotlight. Without further ado, introducing our newest Employee Spotlight, automation technician, Andrew Grisham!

Andrew works with our customers from the start: from installation of the hardware and software connection to troubleshooting any issues they may have along the way. His goal? To ensure the product is working just right for the customer to help meet their needs. 

"I really enjoy the technical stuff," he said. "I enjoy getting to see our product used effectively to help customers make money and stay profitable."

But Andrew doesn't only extend a helping hand to our customers. Director of Operations Russell Bradstreet had high praise for Andrew's training capabilities and willingness to help his colleagues as well.

"He actually taught me most of what I know when I started working in the field," said Dupri Grimes, automation engineer. "He taught me a lot about wiring up panels and about the way SitePro connects back to end devices because at that time I mostly just knew the software side. And he's always able to give good information about what a customer needs and he provides great customer support too."

Andrew said his favorite part about working at SitePro is the relationships he's created with the customers and his co-workers. He's also enjoyed the challenge of working with customers and sites in new industries as SitePro has expanded into the water/wastewater and agriculture industries.
