SitePro has some pretty amazing employees, and that's why we've decided to feature some of them in our series, Employee Spotlight! This series aims to highlight some of our employees and how they go above and beyond for SitePro customers and colleagues. Without further ado, introducing our newest Employee Spotlight, Greg Stout!
Greg joined the SitePro team 10 years ago and is now the Director of Engineering. His primary job duties include working with field technicians and the engineers to ensure SitePro's hardware and software are communicating properly.
"[I'm] making sure that everything we need for the hardware is installed in the panel and everything and making sure we're using the best equipment we have," he said.
Greg spends a lot of time on the phone with our technicians answering questions about how something should operate or interface with the SitePro software. He also has the unique opportunity to spend time with our customers and develop solutions that cater directly to their operations and infrastructure.
"He finds a way to get the answers he needs as fast as possible and will try to give you multiple solutions, so I would say that's one of the biggest things that make Greg so vital to SitePro," said SitePro Sales Application Engineer, Cameron Fischenich.
