Employee Spotlight: Heather Buchanan

SitePro has some pretty amazing employees, and that's why we've decided to feature some of those talented individuals in our SitePro Studios: Employee Spotlight series. This series aims to highlight an employee who has gone above and beyond for the company and our customers. Without further ado, let's introduce our newest Employee Spotlight: Heather Buchanan!

Heather has been with SitePro for nearly 10 years, and is our accounts receivable representative. Her day-to-day job duties include managing invoices and customer collections, posting customer payments, and working with our operations department to answer any customer payment questions. 

She said her favorite parts about working at SitePro are the friendships she's built and the family-oriented culture. She appreciates her supervisor's support and flexibility that allow her to make time for her family. 

"Heather brings her professional face to work every day, and you would never know the personal stress she deals with daily," her supervisor, Tammy Woodard, said. "She is reliable, has great problem-solving skills, is able to work independently, and is committed to SitePro."

Since starting at SitePro, Heather said she's seen the most growth in her knowledge and understanding of how accounting works as a whole. Her goals are to continue to grow in that knowledge and to improve her processes to become more efficient in her work. Her personal goals include raising and graduating "confident, motivated, and kind little humans."
