Employee Spotlight: Operations Team Members

SitePro has some pretty awesome employees and that's why we're excited to feature our newest Employee Spotlights, a few members of our operations team!

Here at SitePro, we have some pretty amazing team members. And that's why we like to feature those who have gone above and beyond in our series, Employee Spotlight! This month's Employee Spotlight looks a little different as we'd like to highlight several team members from our operations team for some help they offered one of our customers in a pinch recently.

A SitePro customer was recently pressured to get a couple of sites up and running and commissioned with SitePro as soon as possible. Because of that, several members of our operations team (Tanner Barber, Andrew Grisham, Donny Hesbrook, and Nolan Sauer) worked long and late hours to ensure our customer had their sites up and running by deadline. 

Specifically at the first site, Nolan stayed on-site to ensure everything was set up properly and reading correctly. And after a long day (and night) getting those operations up and running, that same team was on-location the very next day at the next well to get things commissioned there too.

"Tanner, who's the newest member of our team volunteered to stay out late and he was there until like 1 o'clock in the morning Saturday while they opened up the wells to start bringing in water and oil," said SitePro Operations Manager Kenton Robles.

SitePro Director of Operations Russell Bradstreet said the technicians' work ethic is what makes the department so great and also effective with our customers. 

"I've had teams and crews all over the country and I will say these guys work good together, they're fun together, and they're quality people which makes SitePro shine," he said.

Nolan agreed that it's the team's overall work ethic that leads to that type of dedication and effort for our customers.

"Our team's dedication and knowledge are what helps us to have quick turnarounds, and our teams vast knowledge and hard-working abilities sets us apart," he said. "Our customers want and need transparency as soon as possible in such cases for the numbers and not only that but for a peace of mind that they catch every reading once the well starts to produce. And knowing they have an automation company that's going to be ready at any moment's notice with the correct feedback."

"This is probably one of the best operations teams I've been a part of. The guys are great and they're very dependable and that's hard to find these days," Kenton said.

We're grateful for our technicians team and their ongoing commitment to our customers to ensure their sites are operating properly and as efficiently as possible- no matter the time. Thank you!
