Employee Spotlight: Paden Ferrero

SitePro has some pretty amazing employees, and that's why we've decided to feature some of those talented individuals in our SitePro Studios: Employee Spotlight series. This monthly series will aim to highlight an employee who has gone above and beyond for the company and our customers. Without further ado, let's introduce our newest Employee Spotlight: Paden Ferrero. 

Paden is the Director of Estimation and Procurement. Some of his primary duties are overseeing inside sales, the bids team, training the sales team, and overseeing all of procurement and the supply chain. Paden has been working at SitePro more than four years and has worked in various departments during that time frame. 

"I've been fortunate to be in multiple different departments in the company so I've kind of gotten to see all of the sides of it," he said. "It's been really beneficial and allows me to help grow some of our younger employees that are just kind of starting their careers."

Paden said his favorite thing about working at SitePro is that every day is different and presents new challenges.

"It's just always a moving target so it always keeps you on your toes," he said.

Sales Engineer Cameron Fischenich said the best thing about working for Paden is that he's a team player and would never ask one of his employees to do something he wouldn't do himself.

"I think SitePro is lucky to have Paden because he is not just one department. He's a jack of all trades. He knows maybe not everything about every department, but a lot about every department. So I think his value in being able to help anyone in any department just makes him that guy that really elevates this company," Cameron said.
