Here at SitePro, we have some pretty amazing employees. And that's why we've decided to feature those employees who go above and beyond in our series, Employee Spotlight! So without further ado, we're excited to introduce our newest Spotlight, Nick Beard!
As an instrumentation and electrical technician at SitePro, Nick's job is to ensure our customers' infrastructure is operating as it should be through SitePro. In his words, it's to "ensure our customers are always taken care of."
His day-to-day includes running service calls, assisting other technicians, and completing jobs start to finish.
"He's reliable," said Operations Manager Kenton Robles. "And whenever I'm in a pinch or somebody needs help, I know that I can always call Nick and Nick will always say yes. And furthermore, he's great with customers."
Nick mentioned getting to know the customers is one of his favorite parts of the job.
"Building personal connections with customers and making sure they’re always satisfied and assisting with any way to ensure the most production!" he said.
He also said he enjoys the spontaneous nature of the job.
"My favorite part of my job is never knowing what I might get into, whether it be a simple trouble call and just have to replace a fuse, or may turn into a long day troubleshooting-in-depth a VFD. This keeps me fresh on my toes and always learning and growing," Nick said.
"He's one of the hardest workers I've ever come across," said Russell Bradstreet, Director of Operations. "Always wanting to learn, better himself, always wanting to go to classes, get certifications for drives. He's somebody who really enjoys what he's doing."
And that's one of his goals. Nick said he'd like to further his education through certifications and courses, and to continue to push himself into situations where he may not have the most knowledge, but will have the biggest learning opportunity.
Thank you, Nick, for all of your hard work and everything you do for our company and customers! Watch the video above for more on Nick's Employee Spotlight.
